Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Nina Blanc packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
